By submitting this form, you are accepting the terms of service of the Advertisers Agreement
Advertiser agrees:
- Advertiser is solely responsible for all copyrighted content creation and development of all advertisements, graphics, photos, music, offers, interactive programming, video, and audio presentations that are implemented or delivered by AG Digital Publishing, SmarterIdeas Radio Network or SmarterIdeas Inc., Subsidiaries. And AG Digital Publishing is not responsible for such Content
- Advertiser will pay in full all invoices and monies due for production of or creation of any of the above mention products or services in advance of content placement. All sales are final and non-refundable upon delivery.
- To not produce or offer any Adult, lewd, Gambling, Racially Based or Radical Content for display on any AG Digital Publishing Programs or entities. All content is reviewed for approval by AG Digital Publishing and can be denied, terminated or removed at anytime. If violation occurs at anytime Advertiser will forfeit any and all monies paid to Ag Digital Publishing. Also any legal Actions presented to AG Digital Publishing due to the actions or content delivered by Advertiser will result in immediate termination of this agreement and the Advertiser will be responsible for all court and legal fees resulting in any judgments placed against AG Digital Publishing.
- Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of Audio and Banner submission for your approval.
- By submitting this for the advertiser understands this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and all litigation will be processed in the state of Georgia.
